batch88 reunion

today at 8pm manila time,our batchmates who resides in infanta had a meeting to finalise some important matters regarding to our upcoming reunion next year.

i had a chanced to witness the said meeting thru chat conference in the internet.

finally the date was settled and it will be on june 14 2008,it was done through voting and majority wanted to be held on this date.

so my batchmates who works and lives in abroad can now plan ahead since the date is now finally done.

just hope many would come to our 20th year celebration of our batch.

ramadan

yesterday was the first day of ramadan.this is the month long period of our muslims brothers and sisters where they cleanse their body and soul by abstinence and fasting.

in christian faith this is same as with our holyweek.

they will not eat for almost 12hrs.they stop eating by 5am and they will break it by by 530pm.

i admire them for their practice.in fact we can't eat,smoke in front of them as it is prohibited.they said it can cause them to break their fasting whenever they see anybody who eat and smoke.

as a respect we hide from them when we take our food,otherwise we would be ended in jail but in some light punishment,we will be just reprimanded.

when the radaman is over,one week of joyous holiday will enjoy of our muslim brothers and sisters to celebrate it.

Hi,today is saturday and i just created of my own blog.This is my first time.I've got the idea from ate anne who resides in Paris.Thanks ate anne for the info.
